In order to run BIM$CGRX in a dynamic partition, you must add the following
to your SVA list, assuming you have the BIM-GSS 5.3A sub-library in your PHASE
LIBDEF CHAIN:
 
BIM$CGSV,SVA
 
or add the following immediately after the BIM$INIT execution during IPL:
 
SET SDL
BIM$CGSV,SVA
/*
 
 
The above is only necessary if you run BIM$CGRX in a dynamic partition.  If
it is in a static partition, BIM$CGSV will be loaded into the SVA automatically.
