The first official release for BIM-FAQS and BIM-GSS support of
zVSE 3.1 is 5.3A, but patches are available for release 5.2D of
of BIM-FAQS and BIM-GSS.  If you want to use zVSE 3.1,  you must
be running BIM-FAQS and BIM-GSS release 5.2D or later..
